Servo-Assisted 2/2-Way Piston Valve Model 6407 Series
The Type 6407 valve is a servo-assisted piston valve. A fixed coupling between the pilot valve and the piston opens the valve without a pressure differential. As a piston valve, Type 6407 is particularly suitable for media such as gases and steam. as well as liquids operating at temperatures below 0°C. The plug and core conduit are welded together for enhanced pressure resistance and tightness. Various combinations of sealing materials are available depending on the application. The coils are molded from chemically resistant epoxy. To reduce power consumption during operation, coils with "Kick and Drop" (KD) electronics (dual coil technology) can be used. Used in conjunction with plug acc. The valve fulfills the IP65 degree of protection according to DIN EN 175301-803 Type A.
