Innovative thinking: out of the box
FGT firmly believes that the innovations brought about by the innovative thinking of each business will promote growth. Out-of-the-box thinking can greatly improve the level of innovation within the company. Albert Einstein has pointed out that "the true sign of wisdom is not knowledge, but imagination." Therefore, through thinking out of the box, you can create good ideas and practical solutions.
Four-step innovation process
FGT guarantees that by using the four steps of innovative thinking, companies will be able to get more out of their creativity and they will realize the importance of innovation:
- Define the goals that apply and can use innovation. At the same time, employees must be trained to understand the need for innovation.
- Initiate innovative workshops to encourage employees to participate in the horizontal thinking process. This will help them understand the importance of innovation.
- Implement new ideas in the early stages of development to minimize possible resistance and employees will be better able to cope with change.
- Assess the application and progress of innovation.
Repeatability
After performing the fourth step, you can start the first step of the loop again. In this iteration, it is less important to inform employees about the need for innovation because they are used to this innovative thinking process. It is even possible that new ideas will naturally arise.
Application
Some companies use creativity to implement “innovative thinking” and encourage their employees to create creativity. Finding new combinations of technology opportunities and market needs is a challenge. In order to develop a “golden idea,” good support must be obtained within the organization to achieve a detailed concept. Those who support innovation have a decisive influence on how people form opinions. External parties are an important factor in success, which is why they are recommended to participate in the innovation process.
