It can also be used for hot water.

Valves constructed of high-precision parts provide smooth control.
• Not affected by pressure fluctuations
A constant flow rate is maintained regardless of pressure fluctuations on the primary and secondary (outlet) sides.
• Control is possible from very small flow rates in the range of 10 ml/min.
• Both the upper and lower diaphragm chambers adopt the exhaust structure.
Bleeding during initial flow setting allows for high precision control.
