The 3000 Series maintains stable flow control characteristics of 15% or less (full scale current).
This ultra-compact proportional solenoid valve is ideal for automatic gas flow control in gas chromatographs and various other analyzers. With its high resolution, the Model 3000 is also suitable for precision pressure control.

• Ultra-compact, lightweight and high-performance proportional valve for a single power source
• Low power consumption (max 2 W)
• Annealed magnetic material and specially designed leaf springs completely prevent current fluctuations due to plunger jumping or vibration caused by friction.
• The yoke is cut and formed, not bent, and annealed to eliminate the interference of the magnetic flux channel and increase the magnetic force.
• The lag does not exceed 15%, the lowest in the industry

*2: The specifications indicate the pressure resistance of the valve body. If it is a hose connector type, please refer to the pressure resistance of the hose.

*4: The temperature coefficient of the coil copper wire resistance is 0.004. The resistance is given by: Rt = R0°C (1 + 0.004 × t°C). When using voltage control, make sure that the ambient temperature does not change much. We recommend current control when the ambient temperature may vary greatly.
